End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the JotPro platform, including its AI writing systems, templates, speech/audio tools, image generators, API, and all related components (“Licensed Tools”). By accessing or using the Licensed Tools, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, discontinue all use immediately.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use the Licensed Tools solely for:

  • Creating AI-generated text, images, or audio

  • Using writing templates

  • Operating speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools

  • Accessing API endpoints (if included in your plan)

  • Generating content for personal or business use

This license does not grant any rights not expressly stated.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service

  • Train competing AI models using JotPro output

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI tools or templates

  • Misrepresent AI content as human-generated expert guidance

  • Use the API for spam, harmful automation, or abuse

  • Generate harmful, illegal, infringing, or unethical content

  • Circumvent word, image, or usage limits

  • Share your login or API keys

  • Upload copyrighted data without permission

  • Use the Service to impersonate individuals via text or audio

  • Use speech tools for fraud or misleading communication

Violation may lead to immediate termination without refund.

3. Ownership of Tools and Models

The Company retains full ownership of:

  • The JotPro platform

  • All underlying AI models

  • Templates and UX/UI designs

  • Algorithms and processing pipelines

  • Image/audio generation engines

  • API endpoints and data structures

  • Documentation, branding, and trademarks

You receive only a limited license to use the tools—not ownership.

You may own and use the content generated, subject to this Agreement and applicable laws.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement:

You own the text, images, and audio generated for you by JotPro, except where:

  • The content violates laws

  • The content infringes third-party rights

  • The content is not original (AI may produce similar content for others)

  • JotPro flags output as restricted

Ownership does not include exclusive rights.
The Company cannot guarantee uniqueness.

5. Accuracy & Output Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or harmful

  • The Service may generate fictional or incorrect statements

  • Speech/audio tools may misinterpret content

  • Image tools may generate distorted or unsafe results

  • Outputs may require editing or verification

The Company provides no warranty regarding:

  • Accuracy

  • Originality

  • Safety

  • Suitability for commercial or professional use

You assume full responsibility for reviewing all outputs.

6. Templates & Writing Tools License

Templates, writing frameworks, and structured prompts are licensed for use within JotPro only.

You may not:

  • Copy templates into another platform

  • Sell, distribute, or resell templates

  • Build competing products using template structures

Generated content created via templates is yours, but the templates themselves are proprietary.

7. Speech-to-Text & Text-to-Speech License

You receive a limited license to:

  • Upload audio files

  • Convert audio to text

  • Convert text to speech

You may not:

  • Upload copyrighted audio without permission

  • Attempt to clone, mimic, or replicate real voices

  • Use output audio to deceive, impersonate, or commit fraud

The accuracy of speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools is not guaranteed.

8. Image Generation License

You may use generated images for personal or commercial use, unless:

  • They depict copyrighted or trademarked characters

  • They resemble real individuals without consent

  • They violate local or international laws

  • They contain unsafe or disallowed content

The Company does not guarantee image copyright safety.

9. API License & Restrictions

For users on Business plans:

You receive a limited license to the JotPro API for automated content generation.

You agree not to:

  • Abuse endpoints or exceed fair usage

  • Create harmful autoblogging systems

  • Generate spam or bulk low-quality content

  • Use scripts to bypass rate limits

  • Redistribute API responses as a service

  • Sell API access to others

You are solely responsible for:

  • API workflow errors

  • Automated publishing behavior

  • SEO impacts

  • Third-party platform bans

10. Fair Use & Usage Limits

Depending on your plan, limits may apply to:

  • Number of words generated

  • Number of audio generations

  • Number of images

  • API requests

  • Chat conversations

  • Documents saved

  • Template use

The Company may enforce limits, throttle usage, or block abusive patterns.

11. Termination of License

Your license may be terminated immediately if:

  • You violate this Agreement

  • You misuse the Service

  • You attempt to reverse engineer the platform

  • You engage in abusive or illegal behavior

  • Your payments fail or subscription lapses

After termination:

  • Access ceases instantly

  • No refunds are provided

  • The Company may block future access

12. No Warranty

The Licensed Tools are provided “as is” and “as available.”

The Company disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Accuracy

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Reliability

  • Availability

You use the tools at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

  • Damages relating to inaccurate content

  • Errors in AI output

  • Lost profits or business losses

  • SEO penalties or platform bans

  • Copyright claims related to generated content

  • Harm from improper or automated use

  • Misuse of audio or image tools

  • API errors or workflow failures

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

All disputes must be brought in Wyoming courts.

15. Updates to This EULA

The Company may modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
